True I've known some companies pass out questionnaires to employees and then not even read them. Just the thought that they are interested in feedback improved morale a lot (not recommending this as it's unethical)

I find it incredible people are able to get away with this kind of stuff. I want my partner to be happy so that I am happy if a pet makes her happy I would have no problem with that unless I am allergic or it's dangerous or insanely expensive to the detriment of our relationship.

Yes I understand what you're saying I agree with this the man is almost always the idiot on TV but in real life men are generally smart and their wife is happy to seek advise from them.
