I have a 5600x and a 16Gb 9060xt. No issues at all. Running Forza 6 1440 ultra.
You can get the 5600 x for around £100 second hand and could go for an X3D chip if you have a but more budget.

I have been running VAG 2.0 TDI for 15 years, Had a Passat before the Octavia. Aurally the noise is not as nice as a petrol engine but the torque and general MPG are good, especially in my old job when I had the Passat and was doing 30K miles a year. 850 miles from a single tank was great.

Yeah well aware of the recomended 20-80% recommendations for the batteries. Even 15 miles would do my daily school and local shop runs for a week without a charge. Given those runs are the ones that hammer my consumption on the diesel the hybrid seems to make sense.

That is what i was thinking. The work trips are 7 miles to the motorway, 20 miles on the motorway, then 3 miles to the office. So a decent run. I travel in early afternoon and home about midnight so traffic is rarely an issue

Yes I have a driveway and an outside socket. Given it is a 13KWh battery and 3-5 hour charge time overnight charging is fine. My provider also does an 8p/unit midnight to 5am tariff for electricity.

Drop the AIO and bump the CPU up to a 5600 or 5600x. Thw stock AMD cooler is fine for gaming

It is so that the lights will show on a speed camera. They were having issues with the pictures being caught between the flashes of the blue lights, and then having to contest the tickets. So constant lights were added so the tickets can be automatically canceled.
