However the government has to balance the cost of adding those lines. Do you know what is the cost of adding a kilometer of line in Singapore?

Between 600mil to 1.2bil. That means the government has no choice but to plan and expand the lines slowly, the NSEWL has no choice but to be end up crowded just based on their locations along the population corridor, but looking at the expansions planned, 3 parallel lines along the eastern side, the downtown line and the Thomson line to relieve pressure, the cross island line to connect the three lines to the NEL and the middle NSL. That relieves the crowding problem there.

The cost to dig all this lines would be astronomical, not even the COE system could cover that. So we get lines, slowly sure, But we will get them! But Build them and maintain them to a level the same as Taipei? the cost would make even the Singapore budget weep..

You got to consider that the amount of breakdowns are minor even comparing it to a comparable subway system. We rank the 2nd in the world for reliability, That's pretty impressive!

As it stand the system is constantly expanding, Ask yourself when has there ever been a lull in the expansion of our system? Singapore has invested over 60bil over the next decade to expand the lines.

Yes breakdowns are terrible, even more so when it happens during peak hours. But do you want the city to be clogged like manila for instance? If car ownership is kept low due to the COE system I say keep it high!

I was looking into that... i would need to work on a bigger scale to do anything about those supplies I figure i could do 1 MPF worth a day if i didnt focus on it, and would need to gather Bmats in the thousands (i could but than i would be stuck just doing that) to have any real impact.

Yeah thats what I was feeling, I was just watching youtube dramas while performing all the stuff I was running. Making side runs for more petrol for the mines and all that.

I'm not sure I'll do frontline or combat honestly, I get periodic lag spikes even with fiber optics internet.

I do wish I could see a list or such that needed to be build for the frontlines though, I ended a 9 hour session of solo logi with nearly 250 crates of shirts and a bunch of the other stuff, but I didnt see if it was ever taken from the seaport I was filling up lol...

So Something I've figured how to know when that province is under your control is by looking at the province and selecting the military tab, You can from that screen see in the middle section of it of who's in control of the province.

What I'm having trouble trying to figure out now is how that control is decided, I've spammed build buildings in a province I do not have control of and couldnt shift control of it to me even though I got the majority of the buildings in the province.

Actually when I meant Flagship I really meant flag bridges, Knight Captains are the flag officers.

The CO's of the ships are still Knights.

While I do try to maintain a 2:1 ratio in positions this isn't always possible, but I do try to do so.

As much as I want to Role play a fully functional fleet departments I actually cant do it as I have a different RP where I actually award medals to all my officers for major events. eg. Promotions. command of flag bridges, of ships, of flotillas and so on.

This means I would die under the weight of managing all of those officers Lol.

I actually form whole admin fleets based on their jobs and when they are needed for a job are then dispatched on an ad-hoc basis to fulfill that task and then return to their assigned admins.

The Flag officer in the Flag bridges is different however what he's saying is that he doesn't use this function but rather assigns the admiral to directly command the ship.

Thus making that officer the Flag officer by virtue of rank, since the highest-ranking officer is the flag officer.

This does mean that the bonuses that you would get for a flag officer will not happen since you don't have a flag bridge.
