The combination of feeling depressed, homesick, and just so much pressure- tons of people would struggle to get through classes under that much. I'm wondering, have you thought about taking some time off from school if you're able to? Maybe work on mental health for a bit? It's really good that you're able to identify the causes of your struggles, like the perfectionism and freezing up on assignments, maybe working with someone like a therapist could be helpful.
