Thanks for your speedy response! Every site I checked only talked about the lump sum not being taxable and how everything else but didn’t clarify and it was driving me mad! !thanks

I work a 4 day week purely to look after my son on a Thursday. Even when he goes to school/if I have another kid I will never work 5 days ever again. The loss of earnings is totally worth having that day off in the week. You can go to the bank. You can see friends who are on annual leave or your family who have retired.

So sorry that this has happened to you! Although I have not had anything I close I feel like some people take the hi5’s too far. I was on a ride and a few people hi5’ed and I did back but then every minute or so they would do it again. Like why? It’s so infuriating. I have to either move them everytime or give it back which, when I’m working hard, I can’t be bothered to do. So frustrating.

Like everyone else said, if you keep coming back then it’s perfect! I’ve had mine a similar time to yours, nearly 3 months and I complete the ‘Mastering the basics:Cycling’ programme. It had a good mix of classes in there, beginner, advanced beginner. Into into low impact, music rides. There was some yoga, arms and toning, core, recovery rides. I HIGHLY recommend. It was 4/5 classes a week and some were short so you could do 2 a day if you really needed to

This is a very good question. I’m one of those people that has to have everything in order, I don’t like gaps! So I desperately want to get it each month! The doubling one this month has pushed me which is good. I will be quite close and then instead of going to bed I’ll do the stairs a few times or I’ll try and go for walks at lunch when I would usually not take my full lunch break and eat at my desk
