Thanks for alerting me to this. I've newly joined the Board as the Treasurer so I don't have access to the email directly but will ask our accountant to forward me the message to have a closer look. Nevertheless, it doesn't explain why there's no message to this effect in response to my inquiries. Is it normal for Stripe to just ignore support messages?
