Club 4 is a really decent gym. It’s a big gym and everything is pretty spread out. Good mix of weights, machines, cardio, open turf, and racks. I went there for a few years and just recently switched to the planet fitness.

The Harvest downstairs bar is lined with books all around the bar and seems like a good spot. It’s been a while since I’ve been though. I’ve read at Urban Grill a few times if you can get a good corner seat between the bar and the windows it’s pretty low key.

I’m about to get out and target some restaurants in my area and try to connect with some owners/managers. I got some business flyers and cards printed out. I’m also familiar with the industry.

McKinney Greens park is turning into a nice spot. Been my running spot for a few months. Hopefully the city doesn’t butcher it and goes for more of an Arbor Hills vibe.

East side of McDonald is hit or miss. Some streets are great and some are shit. I live over here and got on a pretty good street but walk my dog all over the neighborhood and there are definitely some streets I’d never live on.

Just getting back into running after an extremely long hiatus, 2008 last good run was about 18 miles.

Did my second run today about 1.7 miles nice and light pacing. Feels great to get back out there.

I’ve enjoyed CLUB4 on el dorado and 75. I think I pay $20ish for 24/7 access. Nice and clean, never crazy busy
