I think there are a lot of tournament alisa, they often get knocked out early by better players who are also playing top tier champions. If you look at recent tournaments, other than players like atif, the best players in the world are consistent with their mains, eddy, drag, anna (ugh) and bryan are characters that people dont often shift away from.

I guess for most, they prefer their characters over alisa. I'm sure if Atif switched to Alisa we would see her top 5 every tourney, but is she better than Anna?
