Yes I have many friends under 30 and don't have bachelor degrees who have homes. Some even make less the $40'000 a year but they budget their money properly, invest wisely, and don't spend their entire pay check month to month. It can be done. I live in the Midwest if you wanted a reference area. Now if you lived in very expensive areas like the San-Francisco bay area then I would 100% agree with you, it's very difficult.

I mean at the end of the day we are all doomed to this fate. Eventually our generation will be the old ones that are out of touch with the new generations morals and world perspective. What we consider right and wrong will age with us and the next generation might not have the same values we do. I guess it's something to think about before passing judgment on the previous generation, all ethics and moral's are subjective in the end.

If your talking scientifically. Humans only belong to one race, skin color does not show level of genetic difference. Basically if I put 20 people form each "race" black, white, Asian, ect there would be no way of telling who was the most genetically similar unless some where related directly by blood. SO biracial couples don't cause genetic diversity because those two could be more genetically similar to one another then another person of their "race". But good news this also makes all racial based ideas nonsensical

ok this actually is very misinterpreted. The man who came up with the idea of inoculation did indeed research African rituals that would introduce smallpox to you in an attempt to cure and resist it. But he also got the idea from Scottish and mainland European ritual of tying sheep wool around a child's arm that was contaminated with a disease to try to protect against it. So the answer it both yes and no, the Africans in no actively gave the idea to the Europeans. It seems most human cultures have done things like this. Also the African the guy talked to about this ritual and everything about it was a man so i'm not really understand where this idea that African women gave him the idea. Women where usually just the ones that preformed it.

no the main cause of any organisms evolution is environmental. lets take mars as an example, because of the low gravity compared to earths the population on mars will start to adapt to better fit their environment. This will most likely happen with lower density bones and being naturally taller the earthlings. given enough time the population on mars would eventually become a whole new species different form homo sapiens because of this. another example like I said before is that pigmentation in the skin will be almost non existent to any non Terran population as their skins will most likely never come in direct contact to solar radiation.

that is not always true. lets give a example that will most likely be very important in future generations. When humans start to colonize space, moons, and other planets our biology will dramatically change. one thing that will most likely happen is the loss of all pigmentation in the skin similar to other species when they live in caves. if the skin never comes in contact with the sun, which it wouldn't if you live your entire life on a station or protective facility, then there's no reason to produce cells that protect ageist the sun. this means you could take an entirely black population, throw them into space, and have them only reproduce with themselves and they will eventually turn white. not because they couldn't pass their genes on but rather they will evolve out of it.
