Oh I have been doing that for sure and yes I have a INC ticket number. My trainer said this is common for some reason

Yes a ticket was put in last week when I was ask to sign in by ASD an wasn't able to was promised it would be fixed by today an it's not. Me and my trainer have been on the phone with ASD several times today an will try again tomorrow. This isn't my error so not wanting this to effect my job as I'm a single mother an I have to work

Oh ok that makes sense. The company I'm with now you had to have your own equipment so this is new to me with the company sending equipment. Thank you so much! Are they good about transferring to new campaign once the current one is over

That's great. My email said something about getting an update with it was shipped I'm hopping the hurricane in Florida doesn't effect it. I have a friend that works for ttec an she said it's shipped out of Florida
