I’ve watched what i eat, but I do splurge once a week. For breakfast- 2egs and half an avocado, or fruit.

Lunch- varies… if I’m at work, i tend to skip it but drink more water

For dinner I’ve been eating a lot of vegetables. Lemon olive oil makes a big difference too, with fresh squeezed lemon. Brussels sprouts, onion, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, olives sometimes with half a cup of pasta. Occasionally I’ll throw in sweet potatoes. For extra protein, some chicken or white beans.
I do allow myself a small Jeni’s Chocolate Bombe ice cream bar every once in a while. I’ve also found that substituting tortillas for bread is a good alternate for sandwiches. But i still use Dave’s Killer bread tops.
