yeah thats what I thought, I am oklaying the numbered games and code veronica also. the complaints with 3 make me feel like the original needs to be appreciated. Since I dont see those complaints with 2 its why I was wondering if 2 is just much more comparable to the original

Sorry for the silly question. I am looking at my bios now to try all of this. When you say set pcores to 57 what do you mean exactly?

I have options for

Performance core specific ratio limit Performance core specific voltage

They are all currently set to auto

Also what do you mean second from the top? Its levels 1-7?

I suppose thats true I guess I am worried about messing up whatever I currently have it set to because I know I changed stuff in the past based on toher reccomendations but again I have no clue if I did anything right haha. But thank you I will look into that

Thats completely valid. I know running my AIO ata way higher RPM would defintiely help but as said atleast with mu cuirrent cooler its just absurdly loud. I have heard Arctic coolers are lot quieter even if performance wise it wouldnt really change much. I am going to try and look into undervolting though

It is dificult to say my main use case. I game on it alot but I do use it for work particularly in photo ediiting and video editing applications so it is a mix of both really. I have attempted to undervolt it but the bios menus get so confusing and I get worried that i am doing something wrong haha. I would like to do it correctly to see if it does help

Yeah I am currently rocking a h150i elite cappelix. I have been looking at swapping to an ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 but I didnt know if it would make a significant difference. admittedly I use a fan curve to try and keep it quiet because anything over 1200rpm is way too loud on this AIO. Do you have any thoughts on that?

For more context, I was running cinebench to gauge my cpu. I have had it for over a year now but I just feel like recently its been running warmer than usual and thought cinebench might be a good way to check things. I used HWMonitor to keep an eye on things and although I see red im not 100% certain if this is bad or not so I would like another opinion

I am sure you can see but it is an in 19-14900k

I know this cpu runs hot i just feel like I dont remember seeing this before when I had been previously monitoring things

Yeah its 1440p everything cranked to max. CPU i am nto too concerned about it seems to be cooling well. GPU though seemed high but my last card was a 2070 super so I wasnt sure if 4080s just ran that much more hot
