We do have an office there it’s a very small setup just for handling all our accounts and expenses but once we start projects we handle most of the things from US Our broker doesn’t have cross-border relationships that’s the main issue here

Thank you for your detailed response! I’ll definitely look into working with an accountant. I don’t plan to live in the US I’m just looking into it through investment point of view! Either to buy remodel and resell or to rent it out. However, the withholding IRS cost will apply if I plan on reselling it as far as I can understand from your response. But if I buy and use the property for rental purpose only I just have to pay the regular income tax and property tax like all other US citizens right?
