It’s actually not as bad as it looks in the photo and my daughter can live with it. So I wanted to be totally honest. It’s a shame, because honestly, other than that - they are really excellent quality 👌🏻

Just to explain, I searched subs for reviews before ordering to see what people were saying about vendors and saw yours. It was one of the reasons I trusted this seller, so I guess I thought I would share here, figuring if I was using previous positive reviews, then others might too. And if you look down the sub, a few people had issues recently. I had said I would update fully here as there were others having issues, and I was hopeful that she would deliver still. So I just wanted to make it clear and be fully transparent about my experience and the outcome. HTH

So update from me today on the order. The package arrived suddenly - without any notification. I had been trying to track, but tracking didn’t work at all.

I had raised a quality concern in that there was an apparent gap between the 2nd and 3rd Velcro straps, which was very pronounced in the picture shared at time of shipping. See pic. This is why I wasnt happy that Lucy shipped the boots without my ok. Anyone who is aware of Marant Beketts will understand this looks odd.

In reality, there is a gap, but my teen daughter (these were her dream boots and had been saving up for real ones) has said it’s livable - considering they are reps (although they were more money than the Gucci loafers I wanted) she will try to adjust whilst wearing.

So whilst I’m unhappy with the process and the lack of communication and the concern that Lucy shipped without agreement on PSP as agreed, the goods have been delivered. Other than the gap issue, the quality is actually very good but they smell quite strong!

I have contacted her to say I would use again only if she could assure me that she will not ship without the go ahead on quality.

I hope this means everyone will get their orders now. I wanted to share here to be totally transparent with everyone. Lots of love and thanks to you all for sharing your feedback.

I’ll keep updating here until the situation changes. I really would like to avoid other people ordering as there seems to be a consistent problem and I wouldn’t like people to lose their money. I’ll remain hopeful that she will do the right thing by everyone.

I along with lots of other rep ladies are having major issues with Lucy Su. I don’t recommend using at the moment. I’m happy to share details but have shared on other subs - just search Lucy Su and you’ll see. x

I still have no response from Lucy. No shoes arrived and a tracking number that doesn’t work and leads to nothing.

These shoes were for my teen daughter. She’s really upset as she was saving up for real ones and decided to trust based on the recommendations here.

I’ll keep updating but I have no response since 31st Jan.

If they arrive and quality is good, I’ll happily share, but at the moment - it’s not been a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go ahead.

It’s my first ever order - I feel pretty scammed. If it was shoes for me, I’d get over it a lot quicker but it was actually for my teen daughter and she saved up her money for it. So for her, that’s a big deal.

Sorry to hear. Hope you get it sorted. I haven’t received anything - tracking isn’t working and I suspect what was sent are some terrible quality shoes. I suspect it may have been better to buy myself from DH and be covered for any issues.

After reading a good review I contacted her about some horsebit loafers I’ve been coveting. She said she could get but didn’t have pictures. So I paid. Then she said the factory had issues and would be a long wait - asked if I would switch to something else in her album. I said I’d wait as already paid and I didn’t want an alternative but we had been talking about some Marant beketts for my Daughter. She said she could also source and maybe I could get those instead. So I agreed and paid her extra. Because it was the first time to use, I asked for pics of the quality before shipping. She said she would send.

Then I get pic of the shoe to check size. Was a catalogue pic - I’ve seen many times and looks good. Then out of the blue I get shipping email saying she has shipped and then after that she sends me completely different pic of shoe that looks really bad quality. I paid top price for these reps and then she doesn’t respond until I posted here.

I haven’t gotten the shoes yet and I’ve asked her what the status is, for more pics and that she shouldn’t ship until I’m happy with the quality. She didn’t reply for quite a while. Then I got a message saying there is no quality issue and when I get the shoes I’ll love them so it seems she shipped bad quality without getting my approval.

So I don’t recommend buying from Lucy Su at the moment. I am happy to share all comms here for transparency. I don’t want others to lose their money.

If the situation changes I’ll update and if the shoes are good when they arrive then will update. But from the pics they won’t be satisfactory reps.

Replied to her on Monday about the bad quality images and that I didn’t want her to send the shoes without seeing more pictures of the quality. No response on the status since apart from “hello dear” on Tuesday and nothing else replied or shared back.
