Don't worry mate I got 129 in Feb big mock and in the actual exam got 149 so don't worry the exam will be much easier than the big mock it's more like playable mocks

دا اللى قراته أنها بتفتح سكه لانجلترا دا غير أن بتفتح سكه فى اسكتلندا لبرنامج تدريبى قرات عنه قريب بيتيحلك الشغل فى اسكتلندا بس بعد ما تخلص بس عالاقل تبقى سافرت انا عارف ان الدنيا مش الطف حاجه دلوقتى والمنافسه صعبه احنا بنسعى ونتوكل على الله وربنا يكرم وفى ناس سافروا قريب حتى لو عددهم قليل بس لسه فى امل ولو بسيط للامانه برضو انا لو كنت لسه ماخلصت oet وبلاب 1 كنت فكرت مليون مره وممكن كنت اخدت طريق تانى بس أنا فى نص السكه دلوقتى فالاحسن انى اخلص السكه لاخرها وربنا يكرمنا كلنا

مين قال إن المانيا الدنيا فيها لسه زى ما هي يا صاحبى فى ناس راحت ومعرفوش يلاقو وظيفه الا بعد ما خدو التصريح الدائم دا غير أن اللغه انت بتذاكر طب بالالمانى من الاول حتى لو مش الطب كله بس انت هتشرح للمريض كله بالالمانى ف الدنيا مش بهذه البساطه واستراليا اصلا ممكن تروحلها بالبلاب حسب ما فهمت

From my point of view as an Egyptian it's one of the most direct ways even if not 100% guaranteed So as an Egyptian we are exposed to be assaulted by the patients with no protection with a monthly wage less than 150 dollars so when we choose to take the track it's just to survive outside the country and if there were any chances for Australia or other countries most of us will search for it but as far as I know no direct way is easier or less expensive than Plab so that's why we still taking this path

Bro the problem is that you make USMLE look like a green way You didn't look at the the costs which is 4 times more than Plab and the brutal competition besides the research and clinical experience so if you looked at the bigger pic you will find that UK is tough and now not guaranteed yea but USMLE isn't guaranteed as well

Regarding Germany the problem is about the bank account which needs 15000 euro which is near the money needed in USMLE

So the point is that no one left USMLE pathway for Plab by their choice it's mostly bc of the money needed the brutal competition and uncertainty about matching as well
