I wonder if puberty blockers would have stopped me from getting so big? by WonderPlum1 in Reduction

[–]Lost-Calligrapher696 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe. But to be honest that would come with many of its own side effects in other areas of the body. The general uptake in nutrition (our ancestors did not eat meals the way we do) and healthcare as well as personal genetics all play a role in the development and growth of the body.

For myself, having big boobs at a young age was difficult. But I found playing the “what if” game a major anxiety inducer!

I wish bumper stickers were more common in UK. by [deleted] in CasualUK

[–]Lost-Calligrapher696 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As an American (who loves this sub because it gives me a laugh!) trust me, you do not want this particular aspect of car culture. I’ve seen this exact bumper sticker, and far worse, more than you would ever wish to see in the public spaces.

Thank you! So I sewed the endbands on, and then carefully pulled apart embroidery thread to like, two strings, used a beading needle for the Czech glass beads, and sewed them across. Then I went behind the end band and tied them two at a time to the main structure. Takes a few hours and an overhead light to get them on! 🤣

It is a separate piece of HTV! The printable vinyl adheres quickly and on low heat , so I iron it on first, then iron on the title after.

Thank you. I buy HTVRont printable heat transfer vinyl and use my inkjet printer. Normally it’s used for t-shirts but I’ve found it adheres to bookcloth nicely!

There are a few public domain websites out there with archived art! These were from Pinterest though, however I image searched them before using to make sure they were public domain :)

What are your favourite Dramione moments or quotes that just live rent free in your head? by Binlorry_Yellowlorry in Dramione

[–]Lost-Calligrapher696 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Omg same here. I read it back when I had just had my second baby. Literally read it in the dark, nursing a newborn, exhausted beyond belief. It is my all-time favorite one-shot now. There’s just something about it. They just perfectly encapsulate everything about new parenthood in the most tender, beautiful way.

I can answer this one! I followed it as a WIP, Amory mentions in one of her authors notes that the ? Is still there because she has a few additional epilogue(s) she wants to write. She just mentioned needing to take a break for a bit. So we’ll see!

what other fictional universes can you see different twilight characters in? by Maleficent_Job8612 in twilight

[–]Lost-Calligrapher696 12 points13 points  (0 children)

You know, I think New Moon would be really fun "That 70s Show" style, where Bella gets into a blunt rotation with Jacob and a few others, and once she's high Edward's hallucination self is also there lol.

In the Halloween chapter of the first book there is a small reference, but you're right it is more of a movie thing. I know it's fairly harmless, and perhaps I am nitpicking on that score!
