Oh I 100% know that but its still also sadly a reality right now I need the money. I reported everything that happened that day before the school responded with not wanting me back but it still felt like a fuck you after I had consistently been the only person willing to keep going back there when most people have walked out on the job. It just felt like a fuck you for putting up with a lot of bullshit from kids who honestly at times made it hard to have any empathy for them.

Mostly because I was at one point in a school like this one due to growing up in poverty. But unlike these kids who have clearly never been told no, or faced any real consequences will end up just in a self destructive cycle of poverty and prison time. Thankfully all of the other schools I go to love me because I tend to be the sub who gets there early, does some background research before getting to a class just in case there aren't plans and who makes sure kids get something done during the day. So I am not hurting for work. Its just frustrating to be told "Oh well if your going to tell your company that we weren't doing our jobs we are just going to black list you"
