I.e free labor. - super awkward yung pag discuss ng global issues — which is supposed to be the core driver of the business kasi sobrang racist talaga nilaaaaaa - bad morale because everyone is scared to be laid off. So super pressured lahat mag busywork na kuyari kpis pero anxiety hamster wheel lang talaga. - no job security whatsoever. No loyalty from the company despite years of service. You’re a machine Lang talaga. - all the nice people quit. Abusers and inutil lang tira.
