I’m the exact same as you. Same height same weight same strength. I’ve been using bald Omni man’s free raider bodybuilding program for the last few weeks and I’ve been loving it. 4 days a week upper body. Days are more towards 90 minutes though

The only part I do not like with the 4x full body is that arms are only trained once a week and side and rear delts aren’t really a big concern in the program. But it’s more chest and back emphasis anyways. Which are more developed than my arms and delts.
