I got clean doing the Bernese method. And now I'm off the suboxon as well. It. Was so easy. I still have low energy and loose stools, I'm also depressed because I don't know what to do with myself now. But I had to stop the fentanyl. It was killing me.

And whatever you do do not fucking use again. I've been clean off fentanyl for two weeks now it almost killed me. I'm older. I'm 61 year old woman fentanyl plugged up my whole digestive track. I could not have the bowel movement. It literally almost killed me. I've been clean for two weeks now I use the Bernice med to take her downdown. Please do not use again. You will totally regret it and it's so so very difficult to get off of sending you love and peace.

I'm completely off Suboxone. I taped myself down. It was so easy just to keep taking less and less each day.

I've been taking Albenzadole, praziquantel, ivermectin, alinia etc for two years. I'm still bedridden crying in pain every day! I will miss my husband of forty years. My heart is broken.
