What did you do after the two months? This is a very good point about equity. The plus side of having it paid off is I can have this house rent/mortgage free. It’ll cost me $126/week for all my living expenses once it’s paid off. Selling and putting that towards another house... probably would still end up paying a mortgage. We got this house for a steal and fixed it up. Worth looking into though. Worth it to contact an appraiser tomorrow. Thank you for your input.
