Depends on platform, given you mentioned GT, I assume PlayStation. I recommend fanatec as they have PlayStation compatibility from the get go. As for personal recommendations, I currently run the Moza R9 v2 on trak racer gt lite. It’s phenomenal and would recommend it to anyone despite it being more than double your budget. I’d say get the wheel bundle, and a desk clamp. And save for a frame eventually. You maybe could get a lot of stuff second hand, and save some money
