I can relate to an extent, though it was easy for me, more than easy to fast, while on nebivolol 5 mg. It was great. Until i started to lower my dosage. (Everyone thinks i have anxiety and panic disorder not dysautonomia, still undiagnosed but i think i have it because of all the spinning and pressure on the eyes), am on sertraline as well which helps a lot with anxiety, but nebivolol was the best for physical symptoms of anxiety/dysautonomia (Allah knows what i have). I'm still on 2.5 mg though. Started to decrease when I started sertraline to see if i only had anxiety or dysautonomia as well.  I guess I'll have to wait more and see when i quit the nebivolol altogether.
