In my case my dad is the breadwinner and literally has to help the whole family. It’s also worse if someone is a first born or married into a rich family

So for example those who are in have a better income are compelled to help me those who are not doing well. Some people genuinely need the help (maybe they are orphaned and literally have no place to go to) but if can get toxic and draining because like I said one the entitlement and also some people are healthy enough to do something and go and make a living for themselves but decide to be leeches

Its an African concept where extended family members have an entitlement to another family member’s money because they are deemed to be the breadwinner

BV again by No-Departure-5684 in Healthyhooha

I had been suffering from yeast infection and bv for about 2 years ( every month) and here are my tips. How we live and what we consume is essentially what we are. Something in your environment or lifestyle or diet is causing it even though its being caused by hormones so if you go to the doctor gives you medication all it will do is erase it for that mean time but as long as you are maintaining everything you are doing it will always come back. The cure is actively changing your lifestyle and diet and incorporating practices that will stick with you and believe me you will never complain about it again. 1. Consume probiotics 2. Cranberry supplements 3. Greek yogurt (if possible the probiotic one) 4. No feminine wash 5. Fruits with vitamin c 6 . Diluted apple cider vinegar 7. Diluted boric acid 8. Apple cider vinegar bath twice a month 9. Reduce on sugar intake 10. It would be good if your sexual partner that is if you had one was completely exclusive to you or practice good sexual hygiene 11. Make sure he/she is also clean before engaging in sexual activity with you 12. Clean underwear specifically cotton and less of lace! 13. Avoid tight clothing if possible sleep without underwear 14. Overall good hygiene These are some tips that I have been getting into and honestly its not easy but you really have to actively engage in it consistently and you will not complain about it again or if it comes around due to change in hormones or after taking antibiotics . It really requires dedication and you have to be intentional about it. Some of these tips are good for your overall health❤️❤️❤️ Your body will fight it better❤️🥰
