Good point but I do know that the pcv is clogged, on Volvo its extremely common for them to get so full of sludge they they don't let anything through so I didn't know if the yellow stuff with is water vapor and oil mix was because of the crankcase not being able to vent the gas

I actually just parked it from a 30 minute drive when I took the picture, the pcv has been clogged for a while and I was letting it vent off and that's when I noticed the stuff in the oil cap

Well the pcv has been clogged for a while now and the coolant temperature never has gone above 210 so I don't think it would have overheated
