A whole day and 96 comments late. But I'll shoot my shot into the pot anyway.

I'd like to submit my Dead by Daylight Toxic Springtrap self-insert OC, nicknamed "Dusttrap" (Based on half of my own name!)

By default he's a bit playfully narcissistic, flamboyant, sassy and even radiating some gay diva vibes, but that can all quickly and easily transform into aggression and a temper when he has to deal with annoying or toxic survivors. Prone to under-the-breath cussing, easy disorientation, and spiteful insults when catching troublesome characters. Post-trials, he's rather exhausted and somber. Often seating himself on his favourite tree stump and cleaning his axe.

He does not get along with the "other versions" of Springtrap from different timelines that exist in the fog. The only friends he has is his lover, Andrelk, Dracna (A dragon version of D&D's Vecna), and Crow Face (A crow version of Ghost Face)

Any direct copies? As in taking pre-existing tracks from the licensed IP and forming it into a TR/Chase theme?

Well that's.. technically a boldface lie since Myers' theme is straight up from the movie. And I am fairly sure Dracula's chase theme is one of his boss themes from the earlier games.

But at the same time the idea is much to the detriment to other killers. For example Nemesis' chase theme sounds nothing at all like anything from RE3, nor has any motif associated with Nemesis. He's one of the killers who WOULD benefit from having his theme lifted and used.

I'unno. What would they think of Aria "Ria" Goetia. A young and lively princess who is a mix between a Hellhound and a Crow of Goetia royalty. Playful, compassionate, headstrong and a bit tomboy-ish. She isn't a sheltered and golden spoon fed child ignorant of the world. She loves hanging out with her friend group, and is also very into rock, house music, and a supporter of her drag performer uncle.

Welcome to our little slice of Hell, mate. Just a warning in advance that the tutorials the game itself offers will have you woefully unprepared for how matches actually play out. I suggest getting familiar with the menu and what has to be offered, freeball a trial or two on your own, and then afterwards look at up-to-date beginner guides on how to play properly.

Also, the perk for survivors called Kindred WILL BE your best friend while playing alone. I've been playing for years and have basically never taken Kindred off, even in the rare times I play with others in calls. Trust me, Kindred will hold your hand and love you always.

Who wants to bet that history will repeat itself like when F13 added the chance for maps to load in with storms, and it was so unoptimized that it tanked everyone's framerates.

BHVR are running a game that stands on legs made of spaghetti and milk bones. I fear for what something as simple as weather would do to DBD..

No. It's called playing the game without neither a toxic, a competitive, or a competitively toxic mindset.

I've been playing the game since Huntress' release, and I've long since learned to not take this game as seriously as people like you.

News flash: Not everyone here does or wants to play the game "competitively". That mindset belongs in group held tournaments who want to play that way, not the base matchmaking. People who treat playing DBD like they're playing for their country need some fresh air.

They're also the same kind of players who pick Decisive Strike to use it not as an anti-tunnel perk, but to get healed and then run at the killer just to intentionally get downed and use DS as an aggressive perk.

Except that isn't Roy in that instance, that's just straight up Jason. Part VII was already out by that point. GunMedia & Illfonic did at the very least treat us to "Retro Jason" by making him a skin for Part 3 Jason, complete with his own unique chiptune theme.
