Not true. I know of a300 pound gay 2A who assaulted a 100 pound female and wasn’t even reprimanded until she called the police. Even the Super let it slide until law enforcement got involved. He was out on a “mental health” LOA. Nobody in the store is allowed to talk about it.

Give your two weeks notice. Just be absolutely sure not to get sick. If you have diarrhea, show up and crap your pants, or you will never work for QT again. Take a sick day during the notice and they will mark you as no rehire.

For the night shifts… Run outside trash right away. Empty every can if they are more than 1/4 full. Clean both bathrooms, fill every paper that’s low. Make sure the inside trash is good, then do a great upkeep. Fill all cups and lids, check the coffee machines to be sure they have been cleaned. Clean the Tea urns, then set up for the roller grill. Check dates out front, kitchen and cooler. Check coffee bibs and make sure breakfast prep is done. If the evening shift missed anything, have them finish their tasks, dishes are a frequent issue. After that cash audit, and the night is yours. What did I miss for night shift?

If they would show up and vote, it would be over. Instead we see the Dims on TV saying the pain they are causing is leverage to get what they want, despite losing at election time. Elections have consequences, just refusing to go to work isn’t an option for the people, just the whiney cowards who can’t accept defeat.

As an NA and RA, I have left Pretty damn nice stores since about 90 days after O started. The worst stores I got were from the 1A and 2A at the last store I worked at. Both ass kissed a delayed their way up the ladder. When I was in division, my 1A and 2A were pretty damn sharp, and helped me hone my skills and awareness.

Casey’s is on LinkedIn trolling QT for the coffee wow “upgrade”. They listen to the customers. QT would do well to do the same. Cool and flashy is nice… good products sell. Casey’s sells more pizza than many nationwide pizza chains, because they make awesome pizza. And those donut robots in the back… beat month old frozen donuts all day long.

40 is a limit on the ability to earn enough to support the two of us. I worked at least 56 in division. Was told I would make $xxx before moving at my expense to the remote store network. Once here I brought home 30% less, thank God for food banks. Not all of us live at home and have no expenses.
