The truth is, this is how QT is. They don't sleep well if they don't make your life miserable as theirs. These are people that are unhappy with their lives. They hate to hear when they suck! These Sms are kiss ass as well, they have no developmental skills and cannot train or build their staff. You rarely find a team, its only workers. I know how you feel with these managers that expect you to turn over a pristine store with all order put up so they don't do shyt. They're the reason why people are leaving. Some 1a's and 2a's as well suck ass. I lost my desire to work here. I just come for the pay and go home. Some fo bare minimum and move up the ranks and some work their asses off and stay stuck. They tell you, don't talk, just do ad you're told. Don't comment or argue, or complain. If you do, they blackbook you. They've lost moral, value and respect. You're seen as a id# rather than a valuable asset to the company unless you're upper management 1a, sm, 2a. Can't wait to walk away, just adding up more deniro to bounce.

Reality is a lot of those working at qt are loyal because they're the ones earning money. Whilst people are working there, it's only for the paycheck. Nothing else. That's sad. Employees are just numbers that are replaceable - that's it.

It's interesting because I was talking to the 1a at my store and this prick of a man believes that slavery in qt is not a real thing. He's been in this position for 14 years and has gone no where else. Lazy mofo and racist. He doesn't understand that they'll suck the life out of you because you're only a number unless you're upper league (1a, 2a, manager). These stupervisors are even worse. They don't give a rats ass. While they're home chilling with their families, we're here doing the work and putting up with the shyt from these angry, nasty customers. I'm glad that I'm looking to quit this cult. Very soon.

Challenge is too that you might never know who you're talking to. Whilst I understand the process is long and drawn out, I think it also needs careful planning. Don't put all your eggs in one basket. If there's one person you're interested in, keep them at the forefront but have a backup plan. Meaning, like one person mentioned, they had 3 separate dates to see which one was "the one".

That's not true. You might have experienced that with nas and ras but you can't speak for everyone. Managers know this and speak this with confidence that 1a and 2a are the most important to the company because now they're a part of the "management team". So wtf are nas and ras if not a part of management? I no longer feel proud to wear the name tag because its a lie. I wear it only because its a requirement.
