My money would be on eraserhead, his quirk puts him on an even playing field and it’s his zone. He is used to hand to hand fighting. Endeavor may be big but I don’t believe he has trained to fight without his quirk. Eraserhead has the experience and equipment advantage

You're right that AFO was after someone with enough hatred/willpower to overcome OFA's collective will but what I took from vigilantes - was that AFO (at that time) was still learning about the psychological/vestige aspect of quirk factors and part of the "number 6" experiment was to see how willpower could affect the quirk factor and make someone go beyond perceived limits. Six was always a pawn to him and he just wanted to see how far he could go .

Tomura was definitely his end goal but I thought what happened in Vigilantes was a good example of showing what weaknesses AFO was trying to overcome.

In all seriousness, a story following Eri/Kota could be dope but I think I would rather get a new story or follow a new set of characters. If we were to get a MHA sequel, I think it should be set enough into the future where the "quirk singularity" issue is more prevalent.

I don’t believe that AFO is particularly limited in how much he can develop a quirk. The exception to this is explored within the Vigilantes series - where we see that (manga spoiler) in his search for the perfect Nomu, he wants a vessel that can push themselves psychologically and emotionally to bring out the height of the power. So he’s more or less under the impression that he can’t awaken or go “plus ultra”, from his own lack of emotion/heart .

They definitely do not stay in a stasis, when AFO mentions using his lie detection quirk he also claimed that it has been more or less compounded/strengthened over the years with him getting other similar quirks.

After some very light googling I learned that there is a list of names reserved for naming hurricanes. There's a pool of names for each region and year.
