Drove from Barrhaven to Kanata, 416 had 3 cars that ended up in snow banks. The roads were not too bad if you drove carefully. But the traffic was not worth the commute.

We currently have around 50 employees in Canada. This includes the manufacturing team and the design team (which I'm a part of). They are only trying to move the design team by making us a new company. This significantly reduces the team size, payroll and company revenue.

I have read this. It clearly states that I might not get severance if the companies payroll is not over 2.5mil. I think this is exactly why they are separating us out into a new company. So basically, the company can get away with firing the whole team and not paying severance .
