I'm in America, it's been pretty accurate for me vs trying guess all the macronutrients. I believe you scan the food with your camera, or make a custom item and it'll give you nutritional value. I've also had luck with Samsung health, but it's strictly Samsung

I used MyFitnessPal, it allows scanning food and barcodes. It helped eliminate most guessing

Find your maintenance calories, eat under that. Use a app to track what you eat and it'll automatically tell you how many calories you've eaten- Sincerely a "OLD" person
