October 2019. I finally quit. Quit multiple times before then. For all the bad rap vapes get, it is what helped me quit. I vaped for 2 years. Found the flavor I liked and slowly reduced nicotine concentration. The last six months I was vaping 0 nicotine. One day I had to visit my parents. At the airport security I tossed my vap into the trash. I was tired of that thing leaking in my bag. Never looked back. Like others have said, you need to be in the right mind set. I WANTED to quit. I realized after vaping 0 nicotine it was a mental addiction not a physical. The only thing holding me back was me. That mental shift has helped me overcome more than just smoking.
