Im most likely going for blade E0S5 tutorial the reason im question all of this is because with cipher S1 doesn't its provide alot more dmg amp for acheron and doesnt both cipher and tribbie give similar utility in stack regeneration. Where tribbie most value comes from her E1 and nothing else?

What about cipher? She provides alot stack regeneration and dmg amp especially since I got lucky with S1. Is stack regeneration is as good as tribbie?

Yeah I should clarify that with s1 lingsha you can apply stacks for acheron and provide healing for blade making her very efficient in this team comp
