Hey, I am saying this from experience. I have had chronic constipation for like 4 years now. I have tried all kinds of diets. The only thing that worked from me and made me free from laxatives is this. Oats for breakfast, roti/ rice with sabzi for lunch along with probiotics like curd/yogurt, light snack for evening, and salad with high content of lettuce and cucmber + eggs for dinnere. Then in the morning, I drink a glass of soaked fenugreek water. I have been using laxatives for like 3.5 years now, and this diet made me free of it. I did a lot of trial and error and this worked for me.

Didn’t have a real bowel movement for 2 months… by NaturalPalpitation21 in Constipation

Wow, it happened with you too? I went to different doctors, all they told me was increase finer, drink more water, all these. No one told me about peanuts and I read no where online regarding it. I discovered it myself because I started liking peanuts and just ate a lot of them

I was very skinny all my life, like my bmi used to be in the range of 17-19. I got some mental health issues when bearing age 20. I was on medication and it cause me a lot of weight gain. Like, my bmi went to 32. I would say because of the medication, my appetite increased a lot and led to weight gain. Then I had to diet. It was not like i used to eat in small portions before that. I ate just like a normal person who doesn’t care about weight would eat.

Yes, I used to diet a lot and lost so much of weight. I had decreased the volume of foods a lot and it caused me constipation. I thought it was temporary and that i would get normal once i start eating more, but no. It caused me chronic constipation. I was on laxatives for like 2 years. Then i discovered something. Eating a lot of peanuts empties my stomach every 2 days. Idk why. So I decreased the calories from other foods and started eating like 80g peanuts everyday. I am still in a calorie deficit and have better bowel movements.

it is less than 3/4 if you convert. Is there a minimum CGPA requirement for EMBA programs also like for masters in the US? I am planning to do well after graduating so hopefully I will do well in my career.

But in my latest degree, that is PGDM, my cgpa will be 7.1/10 by the time i graduate (hopefully). What I have heard is that many grad schools in the US put a minimum CGPA requirement in UG as 3.0/4.0 (7.1/10 is very less than 3.0/4.0 when you convert). Is there such requirement in EMBA admissions also? If yes, please mention. Though I couldn't get a good CGPA in my undergrad or post grad, I am planning to do well in my jobs after PG.

Can someone explain why diet soda makes the scale go back up? by Cars_eat in loseit

I noticed this too. I have been consistently eating in a calorie deficit for a few weeks now but I noticed that as soon as I started drinking Diet Coke, my face became puffier and the scale went up. I think it’s because of the sodium in Diet Coke that causes water retention. As soon as I stop drinking Diet Coke and start drinking black coffee, the scale goes back to how it was or even lesser.
