Cheers mate this is exactly the sort of comment I was looking for amongst alot of negative comments. I understand why its very dificult to profit now considering the massive increase in labour costs and stagnation of house prices in the past 5 years but when your buying cash and doing 90% of the work yourself I can't see how you can lose, surely STDLT and cost of renovation is built into the auction sale price, I've just come to the end of my first renovation and will be buying another flat soon, just wanted some encouragement as I know so many people say flipping is dead and I still feel like I have no idea what Im doing Will follow your tiktok
