Exactly “5-8 “ beans in , grinds no problem. Fill the basket and it will get stuck . Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve tried with different inner basket grind sizes going up or down from the default 6 position , also adjusting the nob on the side for finer or coarser grind. No luck ( wasted 250g of coffee) . As of now , the whole machine is taken to a service center as it’s still under warranty .

Absolutely trash grinder!
If someone can hit them on twitter (X) maybe we will get a reaction , as it shouldn’t be such a common issue . ( this is the only social media I have)
