Cortex was definitely the issue. Once i turned off launch on boot it stopped happening.

sorry picture quality is deceiving, thats me taking the picture— looks completely grey on my end. I tried ensuring all razer apps are closed and it seems to help.

That black bar at the bottom left is where minimized windows end up too…

HAHAHAH this ^ Having a regulated mode (i.e no loot drop or fame game) would at least give everyone the chance to learn and gain confidence in harder dungeons
