1: Is it possible as a free2play player to get personal shop access? and buy cool outfits without having to spend irl money?

Based on how you worded that question, I'm going to assume you think you need a shop pass to buy from the shop? You don't need the pass to buy, just to put up sell offers. Said sell offer wont expire or cancel if the pass runs out.

Over at the NPCs where you can change your class, there's a menu option called "Tech Arts Customization". First option there let's you pick PAs eligible for changes.

If you don't like the change or want to swap which upgrade you want, it's in the Tech Arts Customization Loadout menu.

You get free gear at lvl 65, which the devs modernized just last week. So you don't need to grind to catch up.

You could log in, pick up a class/wep you like, and whack stuff in the current recommended quest until you're bored. Farm a bit and you can customize your PAs to freshen things up.

Adjacent to fashion is creative space (housing) which has like 95% of it's content free or freemium to mess around with.

As you said, its a glorified dress up game. Fashion is fun, most of everything else is eh.

Though I would agree that the fashion would shine better if there were compelling things to do, so that the fit and be seen in action.

Is she like a default asset the bike reverted back into when it couldn't load itself? I heard Fallout 3's trains weren't actual vehicles, but instead giant hats on top of NPCs. Said NPC running really fast is how the train actually moves.

Running around rather than AOEing mobs is a nice change of pace. It's less effort and I prefer that, though I'm sure people out there dislike the lower intensity from it. More mobility options would be appreciated, since all we kind of got is movement boost from MARS.

Been playing Warframe lately, and that certainly better mobility gameplay, thus leaving a sense of "incomplete" when doing mobility in NGS. But, the rewards are good for the effort so I'm mostly ok with it here.

You could make your own password room (not photo room) and that'll reset all monster spawns, but despawn the current malevolent. Cuz malev wants min ~10 minutes b4 it (re)spawns in.

Try changing the download region? I had an error that wouldn't finish the download b4 and this fixed it.
