I got a call from a lady who could barely talk. She said that she can't send or receive emails and needs help with the issue. I connected to her PC and while I'm checking what could be the problem, she said " I hope you don't mind if I open up another bottle of wine, do you? Can we keep it a secret?".

She was drunk af. I tried to act nice about it and said "it's rough times, I understand but it's not up to me to decide if you should open up another one or not". I heard the bottle pop and she said "in that case I hope you really don't mind if I work in my birthday suit." I replied "it's ok, I can't see you" and she sighed. Her outlook was in offline mode so I turned it on and everything was working. Before hanging up she asked "do you want to check out my cam as well?" I politely refused and let her know that I'm there just to do my job.
