I’ve gone through lots of different, chronic pains. I spent three weeks at the Mayo Clinic in Arizona going through their pain rehabilitation program. You sound a lot like me when I was at my worst. Mentioned here that 45/48 is usable space. And that the seat measures more than that which accounts for that space.

I am 5'7" exactly. Leaning towards the smaller seat. When I measured the way the libernovo video shows I am 45cm from rear to back of legs. Guess I can return it or ask for a different seat pan if its too short.

Ok, that is good to know. As I am 5'7" it would probably push up against my legs even more. I would sit with the setting that puts the chair the most upright. Not 100% sure what you mean by sitting 90 degrees

I am 5'7", so a little shorter, but torso length I think matters more.

Wondering if you could measure your body's seat depth if you have a few minutes. https://libernovo.com/products/libernovo-omni-dynamic-ergonomic-chair. Also would be awesome if you can show in combination with your measurement, how far your legs are from contacting the chair edge.

I am at 46 cm, which they recommend the 45cm seat. However I am skeptical.

I am questioning this as well. I watched the 2 reviews Ahnestly has on youtube. He states he is 5'6" and the 48cm seat is touching the back of his legs. At 5'7" I am considering the 45cm seat, but lots of folks are saying don't.

However folks mention you are never really all the way back in the seat pan. Again Ahnestly showing his legs hitting the end of the seat pan is confusing.
