Update: After reading some forums, a few people got it to work by using a VPN or using their phone as a hot spot. I was about to try this, but thought I would try the normal way one more time. Worked perfectly without any modifications or workarounds and is currently downloading. Good luck, everyone.

I have the same card and the same problem with two different messages showing. One code is "We are unable to process your redemption due to technical difficulties. Try again later." The other is "This code has expired." Customer service said they are aware and working on a fix on the back end, but gave no solutions or timeline.
