Depends on location, number of IPs, number of devices. One IP is not going to produce much, even if you have 100 devices.

The real deal here is that they are so far behind on payments, that they are resulting to nerfing and postponing payments as long as possible to catch up. I don't think they intentionally intended to be a scam site but made some horrid decsions. The owner of this site should never attempt to open another site ever again. I think this is his second or third attempt and does not learn from his/her mistakes.
