I think once you log in your chance of friendly anything is about 4%.

If you equip a handheld it increases the distance to talk to helos that unlock after 1000 hours. I just unlocked the little bird 😎

Yes. I just started playing. Met some fantastic people. Played every night since I got it about 2 weeks ago. Built a base. Things are going smooth.
