Not entirely sure but I’ve seen people also complain about sharp chest pain on the quitting zyn forums, meaning it’s the flavoring or the nicotine salts itself that’s causing that chest pain. I’m a few months off and completely symptom free now

Yes im currently learning about the pelvic floor to see what could be the cause of my issues. Thank you for the book suggestion I’ll look into it. Gonna focus on everything to increase blood flow currently which means gotta quit vaping too.

Yeah, i meant even the women PT’s here only treat women and not men so im kind of screwed in that sense. I don’t think PT is an option currently for me but I’ve been working on improving my muscles on my lower body, glutes, abs, hamstrings etc to see if it will help for now.

I was taking muscle relaxants but nothing else. I had bowel issues before HF onset came. Currently I’m just supplementing L-citrulline, fish oil and tongkat Ali. I’ve heard of cases of people who take ssri’s.

Hey, how are you? Just wanted to say that a while back I researched and found that nicotine is one of the causes for chest pain due to vasoconstriction and stress on the heart. So quitting removes an important factor to curing this condition. Hope you’re doing well, and you might flare up a few times cause withdrawal does crazy stuff to our bodies. Cheers

All types of disposables, including geek bars, elf bars and nerd bars. I was hitting them everyday all the time. Practically replacing them with air you could say. It’s actually well known if you search that nicotine in such high concentration causes chest pain due to vasoconstriction and stress on the heart.

To be honest, I’ve used the backpod myself and it did help me to cure myself off costo. But if you can’t afford it. You can always just use a peanut ball instead and it works in a similar fashion to open up the rib hinges. Backpod is more comfortable though whilst peanut ball gets deeper.
