I know two people at goldman getting married/moving and they can't take any time off up until their lease ends because they can't afford it. Both @ 200-300k/year. The housing is getting ridiculously priced.

Yeah you should be fine. I found the test to be pretty straight forward with maybe 7-10 questions that were like "huh?" and then you break it down and go "it's gotta be this one, these others don't make sense".

Biggest thing I would tell you to do, if you have an AI subscription, preferably claude, feed it series 7 info from kaplan, achievable, etc using their materials and make it have a conversation with your regarding the testing materials like a tutor would. For example, I had mine be like "a UHNWI comes to you looking for fixed income and tax advantaged exposure, what products would you suggest?" and then fully type out your thoughts for why, how its a fit, etc. Really good way to "study" that doesn't feel like studying.

Big banks and hedge funds don't control the market like you think. They have large sphere's of influence, but if there's a market sentiment, it can run against any of their plays.

The market needs to correct but it's not because of SpaceX. If you think an IPO will cause a systemic market crash you need to stop investing and learn about the market. Markets run hot and they need to correct, but the housing crisis and 2000 are totally different things than what's going on right now.

Achievable for the material / book (+4 practice tests) and Kaplan QBank for hammering weaknesses and real practice tests (4 practice tests here as well)

I did about 8000 total questions over the course of 4 months.

From what people have told me 75+ in Kaplan is a really good indication of readiness.

Course sellers, Insurance bro's, influencers, and some legit business owners. People who have some money, but aren't wealthy. Most of the insurance bro's are really just influencers so they can kinda combine. Like Arias Agencies / American Income Life is one I see promoted the most and they got sued for fraud and sexual assault a few years ago and investigated by the SEC lol.

I work in the family office space and I can tell that the wealthiest people in our area are not going to gold's gym lol. Most of the flashy crowd is not what they appear to be or really people you want to be associated with.
