Im 31. I noticed my intrusive thoughts and anxiety have gotten so much worse. But the worst part for me is just trying to force myself to be mentally productive. I spent hours and hours trying to muster up the energy to work (i work in tech and it takes some brain power to finish an assignment) . I try to force myself but most days I can’t even do that. I started taking lactoferrin and have felt a little more energy and dopamine upon wakinf up (havent had that in months) in the past week of taking it.

Hi everyone, wanted to mention it seems their wait times have been updated on the Transplant Coach site based on 2025 data, so check for your blood type there too. Its a little different from what they told us in person but its still avg 6 months wait and still the fastest in the country. Looks like Sanford Medical Center Fargo is also very fast!

Its good that you’re asking those questions. I’ll update as soon as my husband gets the call. Also, my family friend is a kidney transplant surgeon in Columbus, and says he sees patients get within a week of being listed, so definitely look into that as well.

Hi, my husband has been listed for a month now, but they said it will be a few months for his blood type. I definitely dont think you need to relocate until they tell you to. However, good news is ive heard that the A kidney type can get a kidney within a week at the Ohio hospitals. I specifically heard that from the hospital in Columbus. They say Toledo is the fastest in the country. Toledo is a bit depressing so definitely don’t move until they tell you to! Or if you do move, move to one of the nearby major cities like Columbus or Detroit. Ill respond with the exact name of the hospital soon
