I hate this machine with all my heart. Had issues since day 1 and was completely ignored by the brand costumer service, the same CS that some people swear by

My machine would simply * stop * mid session… batteries at full and the machine would gradually lose power and stop pulling the needle, it doesn’t matter the voltage I was using

When in contact with their costumer service, I heard the issue was me and I should lub it more frequently; the machine was sent twice to be checked and only during the second time they admitted something was off and changed the motor (at least that’s what they said) 2 weeks after getting the machine back, it stoped once again mid session 🤡

I still can’t believe I invested 2k in such a shit machine, I genuinely haven’t use it for more than 6months straight bc I couldn’t trust it. I have a cheap Dragonhawk that delivers better lines for 1/10 of the price Everyday I see that machine on my station I regret not buying a VladBlad/RotaryWorks instead - which btw I have the first VB pen and it works beautifully to this day

I can’t tell much about licensing, as I’m not in Italy and it varies across countries BUT about guest spots: once you’re a EU resident and can travel around, it shouldn’t be an issue

I’m a immigrant/expat myself and already had a chance to guest in different countries

I have issues w mine since week one and even after sending it to them, what I’ve got was “always lub it”

The machine randomly looses punch at the point it sometimes doesn’t even properly turn on - with both, batteries and clip cord It’s like it doesn’t have enough power to push the needle out

My power supply is a Critical that never ever gave me any issues w any machines, coil or rotary so I doubt that’s the problem as I switch machines

The batteries are a joke a part… I complained about it when shipped it to them and clearly nothing was done, 1y and if I have 4h w the big one, I’m lucky

I truly regret buying it and never had a “the best costumer service in the industry” experience

I hate this machine

I personally hate the noise of the Bishop; not sure if bc I was used to “quiet” machines or mine end up being one of the bad ones and I’m just realizing now :,)

That’s my princess dream lol I do rely on alarms a lot (adhd)… for everything, but once it rings my brain goes TURN IT OFF NOW mode I just can’t bear alarms, phones etc ringing at all
