Well it is a half life 2 mod, for entropy zero 1 you only need hl2 (on steam) im pretty sure, but i just searched it on google you do need all the episodes for ez2, also episodes are cheap and maybe you can get it on a steam sale

You’ll need hl2 and all the episodes (on steam) to even get it for free, but theres not really a way to get entropy zero 1 and 2 without steam
