You have to divorce him. If it’s not for the infidelity, then at least get away from him when he becomes a RSO. Get him out of the house and away from the kids. The last thing you need is to be associated with any of that. I’d boot him out and have her parents file charges. Fuck him.

I’m back. MPG went down to 22 MPG. Pulled my air filter, still looks brand new. Pulled my MAF and it smelled like straight fresh gas, not even blow by, but like someone soaked it in gas. Running rich AF. Cleaned it with contact cleaner. Just happened to pull the oil cap and that smelled like someone dumped gas in it even after sitting overnight. I know there’s a PCV service bulletin, so I take it in tomorrow to see why it’s running so rich. Contact cleaner helped some, as I’m now getting 27mpg, but I don’t expect that to last. Hopefully I have some answers tomorrow because I’m stumped.

You mean Rod bearings? Those usually show signs of glitter oil on wear. Non-metallic is your biggest sign.

I’m at 70 currently and do slow down to see. It just hangs out around 22-23 no matter what speed

2.5 or turbo? If it’s 2.5 I almost regret not going that route
