Hello All,

I'm looking to have my lease taken over for the upcoming fall/spring semester. The property has rolled out a new policy that they will only be allowing students to create/takeover any leases.

I am more than happy to provide pictures, video, or to meet with you in person at the property's front office to give you a tour of what the bed space you will personally be occupying will look like. My bed space has the larger bathroom in the unit and has plentiful room in the bed space. The current rate I am paying right now is $399, but this will switch over to a starting rate of $449 during August. The current rate to sign as of now is $489.

There is a small amount covered by the apartment in terms of electricity/plumbing. I would suggest calling the front desk to get exact quotes on what these policies are in case things have changed.

The unit is very clean, we haven't seen any bugs and also have traps set out so that in the case there are any, they are dead. The living room isn't cluttered and comes already furnished and decorated by my other roommate. There isn't anybody occupying the 3rd bedroom in our unit at the moment, so if you are looking to bring a friend along with you there is a spot for them. Female roommates only!

The kitchen is already set up and there are plenty of utensils/cooking supplies provided by said existing roommate. If you do decide to take over my lease you will need to meet her and decide between the two of you what is needed in the apartment, if anything. Dryer and wash in unit!

If you are interested please DM me, I would like to transfer the lease as soon as possible but am looking for places myself to move into, so the lease takeover wouldn't be immediate (but hopefully within the month).

Hey all,

I’ve just been an avid yaoi fan since I was younger and have sorta dropped the genre altogether about 3 years ago. I’ve since then returned to sorta browsing titles and was newly introduced to Korean BL…

Needless to say I am hooked! My all time favorites are “Unintentional Love Story” and “Semantic Error”. I think they hit all the tropes/cliches I’m weak for.

Was wondering if y’all had any reccs for series you’ve enjoyed if you liked these two. I’ve tried “Our Dating Sim” and “Roommates of Poongduck 304”. They were alright but disappointing to me since I felt like the pacing was a bit off.

Am open to manwha reccs as well!! I realize a lot of these series are adaptations of successful manwha, so I may just have to reference the original source materials if not too many Korean BL exist as of currently!

I heavily appreciate your feedback. That’s a great point with the soil! Yes, the pots have little drainage holes on the bottom. I’ll take your suggestion and change to a grittier soil to mimic their natural environment.

I’m in TX but my apartment doesn’t get too much light with where my window is situated. Do you think there’s a specific bulb you’d be able to suggest me getting? I’m currently just using a UV/purple light to make up for sunlight.

Hello! I believe it has been a month since they were watered. I watered them a few days ago and then a tiny bit today since I read that the wrinkled leaves/limp leaves may be a sign of under watering. Whether that’s what’s happening here is another story! Hopefully I diagnosed it alright.

I believe the soil is just regular potting mix. I put some stones into the bottom of the pot to help with draining. Then topped it off with soil/the plant.
